Data from BOATPro showed another good month of brokerage sales for June, totalling €504.4million, just beating May's healthy €502.8 million and well up on June 2023's sales of €329.1 million.*
The number of individual yacht sales fell slightly from last month, going from 55 sales in May 2024 to 43 sales in June. However, the average asking price rose from €10.7 million to €14 million within the same period. In addition, both figures in June were up on the results from this time last year, where there were 41 sales in June 2023 with an average asking price of €9.7 million.
The most expensive sale for the month was the 74-metre Amels New Secret, sold with Ian Sherwood and Stephanie Bosi of Burgess representing the seller and Jonathan Barbe of Edmiston representing the buyer. Her asking price was €109 million and she was designed by Tim Heywood and Winch Design.
Other 70-metre-plus sales for June included the 74-metre Andrea, sold in an off-market deal with Burgess representing the buyer and both Y.CO and Burgess representing the seller. Now named Starburst IV, the CRN yacht was designed in a collaboration between Winch Design and Zuccon International Project.
The largest sale by length was the 86-metre B2, sold with Adam Papadakis and Rob Lander at Moravia Yachting representing the seller and Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates representing the buyer. She was last asking €79 million and was designed by Reymond Langton Design and Winch Design.

The value of new listings in June 2024 was €1.25 billion, nearly three times the figure in June 2023. The highest value boat was the rebuilt Oceanco H3, asking €295 million. Reymond Langton Design was responsible for both the exterior and interior redesign, while Lateral Naval Architects and Oceanco collaborated on her naval architecture. She picked up a Neptune at the 2024 World Superyacht Awards and comes with a full shipyard "new build" warranty. Other high-value items added in June include Benetti's 108-metre superyacht Luminosity, the iconic 99-metre Christina O from Canadian Vickers and Sanlorenzo's 62-metre Lemon Tree.
There were 60 price drops this month, with a total value of €75.5 million, compared with 68 drops in May with a value of €72 million. The €29 million drop on Feadship's 83.5-metre Savannah was the largest drop – she remains POA.
*Seven yachts, including a newly built 52-metre from Dynamiq, had their asking price withheld and are not included in the total sales figure. All sales figures are based on asking prices.
