*Superyacht *Islander for charter in the Caribbean this winter **

The 58.5m motor yacht Islander is being offered for charter in the Caribbean or Bahamas over the winter holiday period at $240,000 per week, for a minimum of 10 days, with Peter Kehoe & Associates.

*Islander * was originally built as an ABS-classed motorsailer by Australian Yacht Builders in 1991 to a design by Glade Johnson, but in 2010 had a complete internal and external refit which saw her masts and keel removed, and her conversion to a luxurious motor yacht.

Features now include a swimming pool, two cars, a sportsfisher tender, a gymnasium and an elevator to all decks. She can sleep up to 12 guests in a master suite, three double staterooms and a twin cabin, along with three Pullman berths.

Captain Duncan Stephens and a fully experienced charter crew of 12 are on hand to ensure a relaxed cruise and the yacht boasts a large range of watersports toys. Her draft of just seven feet means that she is perfect for use in the shallow waters of the Bahamas, allowing her access to areas off-limits to other yachts.

Charters on Islander at other times start from $195,000 per week plus expensess
