A newsflash from Blue Water Yachting reports that its brand new charter yacht Zeus, hull #3 in the Mangusta 165 series, due to be delivered at the end of April 2009 with a charter rate of €250,000 per week, has been successfully seized by its owners through the Italian courts. I spoke to the owners who confirm that they are fully investigating SNP Rodriguez ‘with regards to the mismanagement of previous and future transactions, including all parties and individuals relating to those decisions.’
