The story of Forever One started when an experienced yacht owner knew what he wanted in his next yacht. Having sought the help of his broker, captain, and award-winning Argentinian-Italian designer Horacio Bozzo, they found just what they were looking for — a distinctive reverse bow design that allowed for increased interior volumes and economical and striking exterior lines.
The 54.65m yacht’s pedigree was confirmed not long after her 2014 delivery from ISA Yachts in Italy, as she was announced a finalist in both the “Displacement Motor Yachts 500GT to 1,299 GT” category at the World Superyacht Awards and the “Exterior Design & Styling – Motor Yacht over 500GT” at the ShowBoats Design Awards.
This is a yacht that was custom-built for her owner and his wife to enjoy living comfortably at sea for long stretches, including time spent hosting friends onboard. It’s a brief that has translated into a spacious 1074 GT vessel with a private owner’s apartment on the upper deck, complete with a full-beam master suite, his and hers bathrooms, a dressing room, private office, and private aft deck. Three large double guest cabins and a full gym that can be easily converted into a double cabin complete the sleeping arrangements on the lower deck.
The reverse bow design has also allowed the creation of larger than standard crew accommodations forward on the lower deck, with each cabin finished to the highest quality. The captain’s cabin and the ship’s office are situated separately on the upper deck.
The yacht’s Studio Massari-designed interiors evoke coastal Nantucket living with their contemporary and casual style. Lightly-coloured hardwood and darker-toned flooring serve to define the different communal areas of the yacht, while white wood paneling framed by a smart black trim style much of the wall space with rich fabrics and textured furnishings for finishing touches.
Forever One comes with amenities including a movie theatre, gym, and elevator connecting the lower, main, upper and sun decks. An expansive beach club has been designed to incorporate a floor-to-ceiling transom window to allows the owner and guests to enjoy the sea whether at anchor or underway. A diving platform opens out into an above-water swim platform and two tender garages, one port, and the other starboard forward houses an extensive array of tenders and toys including a Novurania 7m, Harding RIB 4.2m rescue tender, Yamaha JetSki, and Waverunner.
Her four-deck exterior layout was designed to promote privacy, with a mix of quiet areas for relaxing as well as deck spaces for dining and conversation. Atop her partially covered sundeck is a refreshing Jacuzzi, as well as a barbeque and outdoor bar set-up.
With her red-detailed, steel hull and aluminium superstructure, zero speed stabilizers, and long-range capabilities, Forever One underwent a refit in 2018 as well as a full paint job in 2021. She comes to the market for the first time in immaculate condition, an excellent opportunity to acquire a superb superyacht ready for immediate cruising with family and friends.
