The 35.7-metre motor yacht Crescent Lady has been listed for sale under a joint central agency with Matthew Martin of Fraser and Jarrett Hiebert of Merle Wood & Associates.
Delivered by Crescent Custom Yachts in 2019 as part of the yard's Crescent 117 series, the semi-displacement yacht was penned inside and out by designer Gregory C. Marshall.
Built in fibreglass, the 232 GT yacht for sale with a raised pilothouse offers a shallow draft of 1.83 metres.
Cresent Lady's interiors are contemporary and monochrome, with wood accents throughout. She accommodates 10 guests across five cabins, featuring a full-beam main-deck owner’s suite complete with a walk-in wardrobe and a “high-end” en suite.
The lower deck hosts a VIP cabin, double and twin cabins, all en suite, while the crew quarters carry five crew.
The full-beam main saloon is bright and open, with expansive windows, oak and stone finishes, and an upgraded AV system. According to the broker, the light-filled saloon gives the yacht a “bigger yacht vibe.”
For dining and entertaining, there are various options, both on the main deck aft and in the saloon, while the “country-kitchen” style galley adds to the yacht’s “strong entertainment flow.” Elsewhere, the sundeck features a lounge, bar and Jacuzzi.
Powered by a pair of MTU engines, Crescent Lady can reach a top speed of 26 knots and cruise at 18 knots.
Crescent Lady is currently asking $8,475,000.
