The 47-metre motor yacht Loretta Anne is newly listed for sale with Jody O'Brien of Fraser.
The winner of the Motor Yacht of the Year title at the 2013 World Superyacht Awards, Loretta Anne is one of the few motor boats designed by Dubois – renowned for his fast sailing yachts – and her handsome profile stands out from the crowd. Loretta Anne was designed for a Canadian businesswoman who traded up from her existing Dubois/Alloy motor yacht.
Accommodating a party of eight in four cabins, with the principal cabin forward on the main deck, the interior has a wonderful informal feel about it – yet also features fine detailing and surprises such as the colourful mural running down the staircase to the guest cabins. There are quarters for a crew of up to eight and a gym, mainly for crew use, can also be used as a cabin with two Pullman berths.
There is a formal interior dining area, adjacent to the galley, as well as on deck dining possibilities, plus sit-up bars both in the large saloon and on deck. The garage, that converts to a beach club, can be opened up on three sides, with tenders being launched through hatches, port and starboard. The swim platform is accessible through the opening transom or using twin staircases from the aft deck.
The 444GT yacht for sale has a transpacific range and a cruising speed of 13.5 knots, topping out at 16.5 knots. Built to Lloyd's Register classification, her shallow draft of under 2.2 metres makes her perfect for island hopping in the Bahamas.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, USA, Loretta Anne is asking $17,900,000.Read More/Loretta Anne: a worthy winner
