The 52-metre Amels yacht Nita K II has received a $2,550,000 price drop to her sales listing with Crispin Baynes and Robert Vermilye of Burgess and John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates.
Delivered in 2004 by the Dutch shipyard, Nita K II was penned by legendary yacht designer Terence Disdale, with naval architecture by Amels. She was constructed in steel and aluminium, and outfitted with interiors by Alberto Pinto and Laura Sessa. Her most recent refit was extensive, completed in 2024, and included the completion of her 20-year Lloyd's survey.
The news of this price drop comes almost a year on from her new joint central agency appointment, according to data from BOATPro.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests in a five-cabin layout, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck, complete with his-and-hers en suites, walk-in wardrobes, and an adjoining office with a private work space. The remaining guest accommodation comprises two VIP suites (with jet tubs and oversized showers) and two king suites, both also en suite and with Pullman berths. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for 13 crew.
When it comes to living spaces, the main deck lounge and sky lounge above offer comfortable areas to relax or entertain, flooded with natural light from large windows across her profile. For formal dining, a large table seating 10 lies forward of the main lounge, illuminated by a large chandelier.
Outside, the yacht for sale offers generous spaces, including a jacuzzi-clad sundeck with sunpads, a fully-equipped bar and a "sun lounge" to aft. The upper deck aft is set up for open-air dining and lounging, while the main deck aft is fitted with an additional lounge area.
Since her launch, Nita K II has proven as a versatile yacht for both private and charter use.
The 628GT motor yacht is powered by by twin 1,200hp Cummins engines, cruising comfortably at 12.5 knots and capable of reaching a 15-knot maximum speed. She offers a transatlantic range of 5,000 nautical miles at an economical speed and is also equipped with zero-speed stabilisers for additional comfort both underway and at anchor.
Nita K II is now asking $19,950,000.
