News just in from Ron Rickard at Ardell in Fort Lauderdale, as he announces a price reduction for the 29.5m sailing yacht Odysseus. Designed by Sparkman & Stephens and built by France’s CIM yard in 1987, she was refitted in 2000 and has been continually refurbished over the past few years. She has a three-cabin layout with a full-beam owner’s suite aft and two guest cabins immediately forward. Formerly marketed at $1.895 million, Odysseus is now asking $1.79 million.
