The 38.5 metre motor yacht Mr Mouse has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Babb Rawlings at Northrop & Johnson.
Mr Mouse was built in steel by Croatian yard Avangard Yachts with exterior and interior design by Joachin Kinder Yacht Design and delivered in 2012. Constructed to the highest standards using high quality marine-grade materials, she is Bureau Veritas classed and capable of transatlantic cruising, with a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at 11 knots. Her interior can accommodate 10 guests in five staterooms consisting of a main-deck master suite with office and sofa, two VIP staterooms below and two twin cabins, all with en-suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon is filled with natural light — the use of American walnut, high quality leather, granite and brushed stainless steel, with minimal use of textures, gives an asymmetrical balance and amplifies the sense of space. A large, well-equipped cocktail bar services the main saloon and, with easy access along the port side to a spacious galley, the area provides a comfortable yet elegant setting to host dinner parties.
More al fresco relaxation space is available aft of the pilot house in a large skylounge with cocktail bar, day head and wide windows creating idyllic panoramic views.
Power comes from a pair of MTU 12V2000 M70 diesel engines that push her to a top speed of 14 knots.
Mr Mouse is asking €8,900,000.
