Michael Mahan and Michael White at Worth Avenue Yachts send news that they’ve taken over the central listing for the sale of the 44m motor yacht Lady Sheila.

Lady Sheila was built in 2009 and is hull number 11 of Italian superyacht builder Benetti’s Vision 145 series of full displacement yachts designed by Stefano Righini. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in a five stateroom layout. The master suite commands an impressive 270 degree view and has ample wardrobe and storage space while there are a further two VIP staterooms with queen size beds and two twin cabins, each with Pullman berths. All staterooms have marble en suite bathroom facilities. Her interior was designed by Bannenberg & Rowell and includes a central lift and a light main saloon with stylish wooden floors in dark and light strips running from port to starboard.

Twin 1,300hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 14.5 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida until sold, Lady Sheila is asking $17.9 million.
