The 44.2-metre Benetti motor yacht Groover has rejoined the market with a $1,000,000 price drop, for sale with Leo Jordil of IYC.
Delivered in 2009, Groover was constructed in GRP by the Italian shipyard as one of 17 units (to date, according to BOATPro) from the Benetti Vision 45 model. Stefano Righini penned her exterior lines, while her interior was created by Bannenberg & Rowell in collaboration with Benetti. She was last refitted from 2023 to 2024, although she also received a full repaint and new teak decks in 2021.
Accommodation on board is for up to 12 guests in five cabins, with two of the lower-deck twins equipped with additional Pullman berths. The main-deck master suite makes use of Groover's full beam (8.9 metres) with panoramic views ahead, while the two lower-deck doubles are described as queen VIPs. There are further quarters for a crew of nine.
Groover's living spaces are plentiful, thanks to a 456GT interior volume, with a large main saloon (equipped with multiple sofas and armchairs and two televisions) and a more relaxed skylounge and bar on the upper deck. The latter is situated next to a formal circular dining space with a table seating eight surrounded by floor-to-ceiling folding glass, which can be opened for fresh air and undisturbed views.
Additional al fresco dining is possible on the sundeck, which also sports a Jacuzzi, sunpads and a wet bar. Further lounge seating can be found on the foredeck and the main deck aft.
Easy access is ensured between all living spaces thanks to a three-person lift, which services all decks.
The ABS-classed 456GT yacht for sale is MCA-compliant and has a transatlantic range. Twin Caterpillar diesel engines give her a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. She also benefits from at-anchor stabilisers for additional comfort.
Groover is now asking $13,250,000 with US duty paid, currently located in Rybovich, West Palm Beach, US.
