Another pedigree Dutch sailing yacht comes on the market as Peter Hurzeler at Ocean Independence signs for sale the 33.4m Lady Sunshine.

With exterior styling by A&C Runte, she was built in steel and aluminium and launched by Dutch superyacht builder Jongert in 1989. She was totally refitted by the yard in 2005 and has been well maintained since. A special feature is an upper saloon with leather settees, a coffee table and entertainment system while the flybridge has a dining table for eight guests, barbecue, sunpads and a Jacuzzi. Another noteworthy item is an extra large dining room on the lower deck that converts to a night club with all the necessary equipment.

Accommodation is for seven guests in three staterooms. The master suite has a king size bed, sofa and writing desk and the VIP stateroom also comes with a king size bed. A twin cabin has a Pullman berth and all staterooms have full en suite facilities. A single MTU diesel engine gives Lady Sunshine a range of 3,600 nautical miles at her cruising speed of nine knots.

Lying in Croatia, Lady Sunshine is asking €4.9 million.
