First in-build Mangusta GranSport 34 motor yacht sold

FGI Yacht Group has announced the sale of the first in-build Mangusta GranSport 34 motor yacht, with Henry Schonthal representing the buyer.

According to BOATPro, Italian shipyard Overmarine began construction on the 34-metre vessel under speculation in September 2024, with a stamped delivery date of 2026.

Little details have been unveiled of the new GranSport 34 model but it is said to be an evolution of the successful 33.3-metre GranSport 33 series. The broker noted the improved performance, further elevated design and comfortable cruising of the model even in shallow waters, thanks to a low and limited draft.

Alberto Mancini is responsible for the exterior design, with Overmarine's in-house team overseeing the naval architecture and interiors. The asking price of the Mangusta GranSport 34 is unknown.

According to BOATPro, there are 23 yachts currently under construction at the Italian yard, including two Mangusta GranSport 54 hulls. 

The news follows the launch of the eleventh unit in the Mangusta GranSport 33 series.
