A new central agency has been announced on the 26-metre Mishi Yachts sailing yacht Mishi, now listed for sale with Leonardo Tonelli of Camper & Nicholsons.
Delivered in 2018, she was commissioned by the Turkish shipyard's founder with a brief calling for a vessel that could offer "straightforward handling" and "a level of liveability more often associated with larger vessels."
The result is a sailing yacht built for extended cruising with comfort at her core, with an epoxy hull and carbon composite superstructure.
The open and comfortable interior design comes from Örs Design with a neutral palette of cream and grey. Integrated skylights feature across the living spaces, promoting natural light, while the two-metre high ceilings enhance the sense of volume below deck.Â
Two dining lounges populate the main saloon with extendable tables and sofas that can convert into additional berths.
Accommodation on board is for eight guests across four cabins. The owner's cabin is located forward, two double cabins sit aft and a twin is situated midships. All accommodations are complete with en suite facilities.
The large protected cockpit with twin helms serves as the main outdoor area for guests on board. Generous seating is available around a table for 10 to enjoy al fresco dining, while a layout of sunpads, tables and loungers is available on the foredeck for sunbathing and games.
A swim platform provides direct access to the water and sufficient space to carry a 3.5-metre tender. Mishi also has a dedicated garage area.
This yacht for sale is RINA certified and built for offshore sailing with substantial battery banks and integrated solar panels to support independent cruising.
Performance comes from hydraulic sail controls and twin Reckmann furling systems that allow straightforward handling by crew or her owner.
Lying in Istanbul, Turkey, Mishi is asking €4,500,000.
