The 50 most expensive yachts for sale now

How much does a superyacht cost? The answer is not so simple. Much like a luxury watch or car, the asking price depends on a variety of factors such as age, pedigree and finish, with the largest and newest vessels peaking into the hundreds of millions. To give you a better idea, BOAT International rounds up the 50 most expensive yachts currently listed for sale, starting with the 115.1-metre Ahpo...

Lioness V

Asking €45,000,000 with Camper and Nicholsons and Merle Wood & Associates

Builder: Benetti
Length: 63.5m
Designers: Stefano Natucci, Argent Design

Delivered in 2006, Lioness V  was described by the broker as a "milestone for Benetti and the industry alike" – though her layout benefits from a "proven format", particularly in the main saloon, dining area and upper deck. The main saloon opens up to the aft deck arranged with a full bar, lounge area and an extra wide staircase that leads down to the swim platform. An interesting perk is found up on the sundeck, arranged with a plunge pool, sunpads and an automated golf Tee-it driving range. A gym, steam room and shower are also to hand. The superyacht was listed for sale for the first time in September 2023.

Length: 52m
Designers: Studio Vafiadis, A++ Carlo Colombo, Arrabito Naval Architects

Launched in 2020, Florentia joined the market for the first time since her delivery in September 2024. She can accommodate 12 guests across six cabins, including a main deck master with a balcony, and a forward-facing VIP on the upper deck. Performance-wise, she is powered by twin 2,550hp Caterpillar engines that propel her to a top speed of 17 knots, with a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Marguerite

Asking $43,750,000 with Moran Yacht & Ship

Builder: Lürssen
Length: 60.7m
Designer: Winch Design, Espen Øino International

Marguerite was built under the supervision of the Moran new construction team, with a design brief that requested a private owner’s area, professional dive centre, hefty tender storage and the ability to cruise for thirty days at a time. The owner's cabin is a particular highlight, spanning two decks and designed with an observation lounge, access to a private foredeck and a floating staircase that leads to an upper deck study. The yacht benefitted from a full interior refit after a change in ownership at the end of 2021.

Scott Free

Asking €43,500,000 with Burgess
Credit: Burgess

Builder: Abeking & Rasmussen
Length: 60m
Designers: Donald Starkey Designs, Bannenberg & Rowell

13 years after her 2009 delivery, Scott Free was relaunched by her original builders after an extensive six-month refit. Works included the overhaul of her interiors – which were replaced with a contemporary Bannenberg & Rowell design – the addition of a sea-level beach club and a brand new sky-blue hull (a repaint from the previous navy). Her new interiors were decorated with a "bold mix of contemporary design and comfort", showcased within the Art Deco-inspired master suite, the main saloon with its neutral colour palette accented by pops of citrus green, and the open-plan sky lounge with "whimsical" lighting - the perfect movie night setting. Scott Free is also host to a curated art collection on board and can accommodate 12 guests in six cabins.

Athos

Asking €43,000,000 with Fraser

Builder: Holland Jachtbouw
Length: 64m
Designers: Hoek Design Naval Architects, Peter Mikic Interiors

At 64.3 metres, Athos is the largest two-masted schooner in the world and is designed for true high-performance sailing across the globe. The sailing yacht was launched in 2010 and reborn 12 years later following a major refit project at Royal Huisman that saw her stern extended by 1.25 metres (among other major structural changes). No wonder Athos took home the award for Best Refitted Yacht at the World Superyacht Awards 2023. Another big-ticket charter yacht, Athos comes equipped with a large selection of water toys, including sailing dinghies, wakeboards, Jet Skis, paddleboards, fishing gear and diving equipment.

Builder: Benetti
Length: 63.5m
Designers: Benetti, FM – Architettura d’interni

Delivered in 2016, Moca stands out for her voluminous sundeck – designed as a children's playroom for fun and relaxation – which is accessed directly through the bridge, as is a full helm station. Other highlights include her accommodation (particularly the upper deck master and two VIP suites) and a formal dining area with an extendable walnut table for larger gatherings. According to the broker, Moca is listed for sale in "pristine" condition following a major refit in 2024. A previous multimillion-dollar refit was also completed in 2021.

Lady Marina

Asking €39,950,000 with Moravia Yachting and Merle Wood & Associates
Credit: Moravia Yachting

Builder: Feadship
Length: 64m
Designers: Donald Starkey, Studio De Voogt, Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects

Lady Marina entered the brokerage market in June 2025 for the very first time since her original 1999 delivery. Equipped with a transoceanic 5,500-nautical-mile range and a certified helipad, the 64-metre motor yacht offers up to 17 guests in seven cabins (plus two extra cabins for overflow) the chance to explore the world in style. A highlight of her interior is the full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, which hints at an "oriental influence", while her guest accommodations are named after star constellations, and the forward-facing observation lounge, which provides enviable views over her bow. Amenities include a wellness centre with a dedicated gym, steam room, sauna, and spa, in addition to not one but two Jacuzzis – one on the sundeck and another forward of the boat deck.

W

Asking €39,950,000 with Edmiston

Builder: Feadship
Length: 57.6m
Designers: Feadship De Voogt, Bannenberg & Rowell

Delivered as Larisa in 2013, W cruised under the same owner until she was sold in 2019. A 10-month refit soon followed, which saw W emerge from Feadship's Holland facilities with a gleaming silver hull, a larger Jacuzzi and an all-new television lounge. "The best thing about W is that she is a steel-hulled Feadship – and nothing even comes close," said W's current owner. "She gives you the freedom to explore anywhere in the world, unlike coastal yachts built by other companies." Her spacious interior – originally designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, with touches from A La Mer during her refit – includes a grand master suite with a private balcony and large walk-in wardrobe with dressing room.

Asking €39,900,000 with Ocean Independence

Builder: Heesen
Length: 50m
Designers: Omega Architects, Van Oossanen Naval Architects, Cristiano Gatto Design

Book Ends follows Aquamarine as the second unit in the Dutch shipyard's 5000 Aluminium series. She was built by an experienced yachtsman and is in as-new condition with low hours and light owners use. Accommodation is for 12 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam (nine-metre) owner's cabin forward on the main deck with marble bathroom, separate study and walk-in wardrobe. Book Ends' flex-use beach club is also worth noting – the broker envisions the space converted to a sea-level gym for morning workouts, a lounge area during the day and an entertainment space by night.
