The 50 most expensive yachts for sale now

15 October 2025 • Written by Dea Jusufi , Emily Dawkins and Holly Margerrison

How much does a superyacht cost? The answer is not so simple. Much like a luxury watch or car, the asking price of a yacht for sale depends on a variety of factors such as age, pedigree and finish, with the largest and newest vessels peaking into the hundreds of millions. To give you a better idea, BOAT rounds up the 50 most expensive yachts currently listed for sale, starting with the 114.2-metre Luna...

Kaiser

Asking $49,000,000 with Fraser

Builder: Abeking & Rasmussen
Length: 60m
Designers: Donald Starkey, Bannenberg & Rowell

According to BOATPro, at the time of her launch in 2011, Kaiser became the German's shipyard's eighth largest build, notably spacious with 1,090GT of interior volume. Despite being overtaken in length since, the 60-metre still stands out amongst the Abeking & Rasmussen fleet for her elegant exterior profile paired with a Bannenberg & Rowell interior that favours rich colours and dark woods, for a certain degree of regal charm. This level of luxury can be found across her four decks, with statement red undertones in her main saloon, with its formal lounge and circular dining area, her skylounge, complete with a private dining space, bar and entertainment centre, and in her main deck, full-beam owner's suite. Moving outside, the large sundeck is split into several different relaxation spaces, one of which is a forward-facing Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads.

Bleu de Nîmes

Asking €47,000,000 with SuperYachtsMonaco
Credit: SuperYachtsMonaco

Builder: Clelands, FYD Monaco
Length: 72.3m
Designers: Pier Vittorio Cerruti

Bleu de Nîmes was originally delivered in 1980, commissioned by the British Royal Navy as a degaussing ship, then known as RMAS Lodestone. After a decade of service, she was purchased by an experienced superyacht owner in 1999 and so began an exhaustive six-year refit which transformed her into a capable private explorer yacht. In 2016, her owner decided to upgrade her into a "stylish charter yacht" and embarked on another major rebuild - this one taking four years and completing in 2020. Works included a 16-metre extension to her amidships and stern, and an increase of volume by nearly 600GT, expanding her accommodation to a generous 13-cabin layout for up to 28 guests, cared for by a crew of 23. In terms of amenities, Bleu de Nîmes boasts a library room, an "immersive" cinema room, a beach club and a fully-equipped, 50-square-metre gym next to a massage room and sauna.
