The 28.6-metre Mulder motor yacht Firefly has been listed for sale with Martin Hills of Alexander Marine Australia.
Delivered in 2015 by the Dutch shipyard, Firefly was hailed at launch as a "refined gentleman's yacht". Designed by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects, she features a high bow and elegant S-curve along the gunwale, which lends her a timeless, classical profile. She has been impeccably maintained ever since, with the broker describing her as in "turnkey condition", ready for immediate enjoyment.
Built in aluminium, this Mulder motor yacht blends elegant lines with modern design choices. Good use is made of her 161GT, ensuring ample living spaces inside and out.
Firefly's interiors are bright, characterised by contemporary stylings. The main saloon is arranged around a U-shaped settee in a cream colour palette, and a formal dining area. Panoramic windows ensure that natural light bathes the space. Guests can access the main deck aft.
Accommodation sleeps a total of eight guests across four cabins which are laid out on the lower deck. Meanwhile, the full-beam master suite offers 24sqm of floor space and abundant light.
The yacht for sale also boasts lots of outdoor spaces perfect for socialising. Alongside the al fresco dining opportunities on the main deck, a flybridge completes her entertaining repertoire with a bar and BBQ and ample seating options.
For easy water access, Firefly also features a hydraulic swim platform that lowers into the sea. Rounding off her outdoor spaces is more plush integrated seating and a table at the bow.
Propelled by twin Caterpillar engines Firefly can reach comfortable cruising speeds of 10 knots, and a maximum of 14 knots. She has tender capability for a 60hp Outboard.
Lying in Valletta, Malta, Firefly is asking €5,450,000.
