New-build 67 metre Benetti motor yacht Project Fenestra sold

New-build 67 metre Benetti motor yacht Project Fenestra sold

The new 67 metre Benetti motor yacht Project Fenestra has been sold to an experienced American owner with the buyer introduced by Northrop & Johnson.

Designed by Giorgio M Casseta, Project Fenestra will be built in steel and aluminium by the Italian yard with delivery due in November 2021. The seven-cabin layout can accommodate 14 guests, with an additional 10 cabins for up to 17 crewmembers, including three doubles for the captain, first officer and chief engineer. The owners specifically requested that the crew quarters include materials and furnishings of a similar quality to those used in the guest accommodation.

Project Fenestra has six decks, with special attention being paid to the owner’s deck, which occupies over 148 square metres and includes a lounge with bar and a 180-degree view. The sun deck features a forward steering station, gym, steam room and Jacuzzi. She also has a dedicated beach club complete with a bar, full bath, upward opening stern door and side opening terrace.

“This order, following on the heels of the North American delivery of Spectre and Elaldrea, custom yachts of 69m and 49m respectively, is evidence of the American market’s growing interest in the Benetti brand,” stated Franco Fusignani, CEO of Benetti Yachts.

Project Fenestra was asking €65,000,000.
