Mark Seaton at Yacht & Villa has been appointed central agent for the sale of the new 34 metre sailing yacht MiTi One.
Currently under construction in high grade steel at Bodrum Oguz Marin in Turkey, MiTi One is being built to RINA class with long range bluewater cruising in mind and delivery slated for June 2021.
MiTi One will feature an interior volume of 180GT and will be able to carry 12 guests in five staterooms with a crew of seven. Her main saloon will house a lounge area to port with a formal dining area to starboard and a quirky glass bar as guests enter the interior from the aft deck. As for the décor, stylish wooden panelling features throughout, paired with grey soft furnishings and deep-toned leathers.
A second shaded dining area can be found on the aft deck with an al fresco lounge and swim platform just a few steps away.
The new yacht will form part of the Turkish shipyard's ‘MiTi Navi’ series of semi-production sailing yachts built in steel. The series comprises 26, 34, 42 and 50 metre sailing yachts, all with in-house naval architecture and design, aimed at the premium long-range cruising sailing superyacht market.
In addition to carrying 520 square metres of sail in a ketch configuration, her twin Baudouin 450hp diesel engines give her a cruising speed of nine knots under power with a range in excess of 2,000 nautical miles.
MiTi One is asking €6,750,000.
