A new central agency has been announced on the 27.3-metre Wally motor yacht, Casa, now listed for sale with Samuel Artmann of Burgess.
Delivered in 2016, the motor yacht's naval architecture is owed to Wally and AllSeas and she was designed by Wally and Luca Bassani Design, which was also responsible for the interior. The yacht echoes the brand's open-air, minimalist codes.
She sleeps up to seven guests across four cabins, comprised of two doubles, one twin and two additional berths – all of which are complemented by contemporary en suites. The owner's suite is built with sliding doors, opening directly onto Wally's signature terrace on the sea, which also invites an abundance of natural light into the room.
There is further space for four crew members.
Stepping on board, the main saloon is bathed in natural light and guests can enjoy panoramic views thanks to the large windows. In terms of dining, there is a large dining table seating up to eight guests in the saloon, as well as the option of al fresco dining on the main deck aft.
On the foredeck, a pool flanked by sunpads provides guests with a relaxing space to cool off.
Meanwhile, up top, the sundeck offers further al fresco dining space, lounging space, BBQ and sun lounging towards the fore.
Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she delivers a top speed of 12 knots, cruises at 10 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3800 nautical miles at 9 knots.
Currently located at Port Adriano, Mallorca, Casa is asking €6,500,000.
