A colleague of Peter Thompson at Ocean Independence advises me to call him for some good news, and so when I do he tells me that he's just signed the contract for a new build 57.5m Benetti motor yacht with the yard designation of FB257.
Commissioned by a longstanding client who's owned upwards of 20 yachts so far, delivery of the superyacht is anticipated in just under three years. The FB257's exterior styling is by Benetti, while the luxury yacht's interior is to be designed by Evan K Marshall. The superyacht will feature versatile accommodation on the lower deck in a VIP, three doubles and a twin and a spacious owner's suite on the main deck.
