Built in aluminium by US yard Poole Boat Company to a design by Todd Chaffee and delivered in 1984, Rogue had an extensive refit between 1998 and 2000. The refit included a new bow design, new superstructure and a transom extension allowing for a tender elevator. Further work included upgrades to the electronic and mechanical systems and new engines.

Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a full beam master suite with a king sized bed and three doubles with queen sized beds. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep three staff.
