Brokerage market round-up: September 17-21

SALES

Nine yacht sales were announced during a steady week for the brokerage market. The total asking price was in excess of £58.1 million ($77.5 million). The most expensive yacht was the 65 metre Double Down, which was sold by Worth Avenue Yachts with an asking price of £33.7 million.

PRICE REDUCTIONS

Four price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week for a total reduction in excess of £7.7 million ($10.3 million). The biggest price drop was of over £4 million on 57.6 metre Feadship Larisa.

NEW LISTINGS

Nine yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £231.7 million ($309 million). The most expensive new listing was the 88.5 metre Oceanco Barbara, which is jointly listed for sale through Burgess and Fraser.
