Nine yacht sales were announced during a busy week for the brokerage market. The total asking price was in excess of £21 million ($28 million). The most expensive yacht sold was the 38.1 metre Heesen yacht Brio, which was listed with Northrop & Johnson with an asking price of £4.6 million.

There was only price drop announced on yachts for sale this week for a total reduction of £159,000 ($212,000). This was on the 34 metre Westport motoryacht Castlefinn.

NEW LISTINGS
Two new yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £10 million. The most expensive new listing was the 44.85 metre Sunrise Yachts Dynasty, which was listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson for £8.9 million.
