The 1998 46m Pendennis-built yacht MOATIZE is offered for sale and benefits from a significant 2019-2020 refit.Designed by Dubois Naval Architects and with interior design by RWD, MOATIZE is a quality custom-built world-class long-range motor yacht, built at the luxury British yard’s Falmouth base.Since launch in 1999, she has been maintained to the highest international standards. With a lifetime of continual upgrades and well-documented annual maintenance periods, she presents in superb condition.Inside, her navy and white interiors give her a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Out on deck, MOATIZE has lots of options for entertaining, including an all-weather 360-degree panoramic sun deck with Jacuzzi, while an internal lift makes the deck spaces accessible for all.As part of her recent refit, MOATIZE yacht completed her five-year survey, had new paintwork to the hull and topsides, and a gym was set up and equipped with rowing and running machines and a TV.MOATIZE also now has an inflatable swim platform set up that can accommodate Jet Ski and tender docking.
