Baglietto has launched the third hull in its 52-metre T52 series, christened Akula.
The technical launch took place in the presence of the shipyard's workers, with Akula scheduled to join her owner this summer. This follows the launch of her sistership, Infinity, in February 2024.
Akula is characterised by a dark grey hull and "powerful, aggressive look" owed to Francesco Paszkowski, while her interiors have been styled by Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design. In the same style as her sisterships, the third hull features an open stern that houses a three-level beach club.

All the models in the T52 series also feature a sky lounge that opens on three sides and a 24-metre sundeck.
"We are now stepping into the bustling season of deliveries," said Baglietto's CCO Fabio Ermetto. "This year, as many as four T52 vessels and two yachts in the DOM133 series will be hitting the water. And, although each yacht is part of a specific line, she is in fact truly one in her kind and the outcome of a long journey made side by side with the owner. The launch is the culmination of this process."
The hull was sold in 2021. According to BOATPro, Baglietto has an impressive 19 units currently on order or actively under construction.
