Turquoise Yachts and Hot Lab reveal 61m superyacht concept Neptune

4 August 2025 • Written by Dea Jusufi

Turkish yard Turquoise Yachts has teamed up with Milanese studio Hot Lab to present a 60.9-metre superyacht design called Neptune.

The "visionary" 1300GT project is characterised by fluid lines and extensive glazing that provide panoramic views from "nearly every space on board". Hot Lab is responsible for exterior design, while Azure Naval Architecture has been selected for naval architecture.

An expansive helipad is situated prominently at the bow, serving a practical purpose for guest arrivals – with the forward position reducing the chances of disruption to guest areas – while also contributing to the yacht's "overall dynamic aesthetic". When not in use, the area is used as a casual lounge and tender storage.

Up top, the sundeck functions as Neptune's major social hub with the forward section dedicated to broad, fixed sunpads surrounding a glass-walled Jacuzzi. Immediately aft is a bar with loose seating, sheltered by the hardtop, followed by a cinema lounge.

At the stern, guests will find a spacious main deck pool area designed to maximise both sun exposure and sea views. A portside staircase leads to the swim platform, arranged with sunloungers and providing external access to an indoor beach club and gym.

Unfolding bulwarks increase the swim platform's available space, designed with modular railings for safety. A series of al fresco lounge and dining areas – including an upper deck dining table for 14 guests – complete the list of leisure amenities on board.

Powered by a Caterpillar engine, Neptune's predicted maximum speed is 16 knots. Other key specs include an 11.8-metre beam and a draft of 3.25 metres.

Turquoise Yachts is owned by the Barwani family, who recently sold Dutch yard Oceanco to American video game developer and businessman Gabe Newell.
