Third C144s yacht Project Moonlight delivered to owner

Polish builder Conrad Shipyard has announced the delivery of the third unit from its C144s superyacht series, known as Project Moonlight. The announcement comes following a private launch at the yard's Gdańsk facilities and the completion of successful sea trials.

The 44.5-metre new build was commissioned by a "discerning" owner introduced by Y.CO. The yacht belongs to the same series as Extra Time and Ace, the latter of which was delivered in 2022 as Poland's largest superyacht. The C144s model marks the shipyard's first semi-custom line, featuring an exterior profile created by Reymond Langton Design and naval architecture from Diana Yacht Design. For this unit, Italian studio Nauta Design was chosen for the interior design and exterior deck areas.

Highlights of Project Moonlight include an expansive beach club, multiple exterior lounges with two al fresco dining spaces and a pool with panoramic views. There are also two fully equipped bars on board, as well as a dedicated open-air cinema for movie nights under the stars. 

Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in a five-cabin layout, with further quarters for a crew of nine. Further onboard amenities include a spacious garage for a 6.3-metre tender, two Jet Skis and a selection of Seabobs.

"We are grateful for the trust placed in us and for the opportunity to bring this remarkable project to life."

Power is from twin Caterpillar engines, providing a top speed of 14.3 knots, while cruising is enjoyed at 11 knots. The yacht also has a transoceanic range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots and has been engineered to fully comply with all regulatory requirements for vessels under 500GT.

According to BOATPro, Conrad Shipyard has one other yacht under construction. At 42 metres, the project marks the first sailing yacht to be built by the Polish yard and the first flybridge performance sailing yacht of its size.
