The best luxury charter yachts for under €50k

Chartering isn't just about the megayachts costing millions a week. Yachts that fall under €50k offer all the enjoyment of a private and highly-bespoke vacation for those keeping to a tighter budget.

Alhambra

€49,000 per week

Alhambra is a shining example of a classic Feadship restored to its former glory after an extensive three-year refit. Its canoe stern and classic gentleman's styling are paired with all the luxuries of a modern vessel. A large sun deck, with al fresco dining, sofas and a bar, can be shaded by awnings for protection from the midday sun and even transforms into a cinema under the stars as night falls. Alhambra can sleep up to 10 guests across five cabins, with a king-sized master suite for primary guests, a VIP stateroom, two doubles and a twin cabin.

Alhambra is managed by Northrop & Johnson with charters starting from €49,000 per week.

Engima

€40,000 per week

At 22 metres in length, Enigma is the perfect pocket yacht for a week-long getaway with family and friends. Don't be fooled by her size, she's deceptively voluminous and can host groups up of to eight split between four en suite cabins. An open-plan saloon serves as the social hub on board and is bathed in natural light thanks to supersized windows. Up above, a partially shaded sun deck offers al fresco dining all day long while sundowners are best enjoyed from the foredeck lounge.

Enigma is managed by CSO Yachts starting from €40,000 per week.

Rhino A

€47,600 per week

Rhino A is the perfect balance of speed and style - something that Riva does remarkably well. With a top speed of 38 knots, she's the perfect option for speedsters in search of a charter yacht that has it all. There are two al fresco dining options on board: the first is positioned on the aft deck while a more casual option sits on the foredeck beneath a bimini that pops up from the deck. Accommodation is for a total of 11 guests in full-beam master suite, VIP double located in the bow, a convertible double amidships and a twin with an additional Pullman berth.

Rhino A is managed by Bluewater with charters starting from €47,600 per week.
