A $1,600,000 price drop has been announced on the 44.8-metre Vitters sailing yacht Catalina, listed for sale with Bruce Brakenhoff of Edmiston.
Delivered in 2001 and built in the Netherlands, the yacht was designed by Dubois Naval Architects, who also completed the naval architecture. Her cream furnishings and light wood interiors are owed to John Munford and Barbara Halstead, and she completed her most recent refit in 2024.
Stepping on board the sailing yacht, the cockpit benefits from a built-in sofa around a large square table for dining, with another built-in sofa adjacent to it, providing plenty of space for entertaining.
Below, the lower deck features the main saloon with a bar area, complemented by sofas for lounging.
The lower deck also holds the accommodation for up to nine guests across five cabins. This includes a full-beam master suite with a seating area, desk and his-and-hers bathroom, two twin cabins, and two single cabins, one of which is en suite. She can also accommodate up to seven crew members.
The exterior of Catalina features a main deck with multiple lounging and seating options in the shade of the awning or in the sun.
The yacht for sale's Caterpillar engine allows for speeds of up to 14 knots and can cruise at 10 knots.
Catalina is now asking $9,900,000.
