The 90.6 metre Cantiere Navale Ferrari motor yacht Dubawi has entered the market for the first time, listed for sale by Mathieu Bardon at Worth Avenue Yachts.

She was orignally delivered in 1989 as a commercial vessel by Italian yard Cantiere Navale Ferrari and named Renaissance. Following an extensive two-year refit in 2007, the yacht emerged as Dubawi, having been transformed by US yard Platinum Yachts who were responsible for her interior, exterior and naval architecture.

Dubawi’s giant 4,184 GT interiors accommodate up to 44 guests in 22 cabins, comprising master suite, eight VIP cabins and 13 additional double cabins. Guests on board are looked after by a crew of 71 members.

Her owner’s suite comes with a private deck equipped with a Jacuzzi and afforded panoramic views of the ocean. Serviced by an elevator, all five of her decks host amenities, including a hospital room for anyone in need, and a fully equipped nightclub with a light-up dance floor on her lower deck.

Dubawi is asking $35,000,000.

Frequent use of intense colour and retro-style patterns are deployed throughout her vast interior, with a balance of “party-areas” and places to relax and enjoy some tranquillity.

Offering a fountain on the starboard side, Dubawi’s rearranged aft swim platform provides a peaceful environment for guests to relax in. The exterior spaces contain ample sun lounging space, with a mixture of covered and uncovered areas depending on how much sun guests are planning to soak up.

Powered by a single BW Alpha 32 diesel engine, the yacht has a top speed is 17 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. A range of 4,100 nautical miles is possible at a speed of 14 knots.

Dubawi is asking $35,000,000.
