€1.45M price drop on CMN motor yacht De-De
The 42.6 metre CMN motor yacht De-De, listed for sale by Antonio Yturbe Redo and Hans van Doornmalen at Edmiston & Company, has seen a price reduction of €1.45 million.
Built by the French yard CMN to a design by Stirling Design International, she was delivered in 2002. In 2020, a multimillion Euro refit saw her given a completely new hull paint job, new carpets throughout, upgraded crew areas and many other items while the majority of her technical systems were overhauled or serviced.
Lloyd’s classed and MCA compliant, an interior by Claudette Bonville comfortably sleeps 10 guests in five cabins. The master suite is full beam on the main deck and has a king-size bed, separate office and en suite shower and bathroom. Below deck, three doubles have full en suite bathrooms and are fully outfitted with entertainment systems, while a twin cabin with en suite is easily convertible to a double.
The formal dining area forward of the main saloon can seat 10 guests, while the aft and upper deck lend themselves to hosting larger groups for cocktails or alfresco dining. The upper saloon has a new home cinema and the bar was removed to free up more space.
Twin 1,200hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots, a range of 4,200 nautical miles and she is fitted with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers.
De-De is now asking €8,500,000.
