Boardwalk: 77m Feadship superyacht owned by Tilman Fertitta joins the market

1 September 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

The 76.5-metre motor yacht Boardwalk has been listed for sale for the first time since her 2021 delivery. She joins the market with Y.CO ahead of making a public appearance at the Monaco Yacht Show this month.

Boardwalk was built in steel and aluminium by Dutch shipyard Feadship, penned by its very own Studio De Voogt with naval architecture by Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects. She was commissioned by American businessman and hospitality magnate Tilman Fertitta, also an experienced and serial yacht owner, who worked closely with interior design studio Amy Halffman Designs to create a highly customised yacht with optimised functionality, comfort and ambience.

Boardwalk is famed for her subsequent combination of high-quality European craftsmanship and clever yet stylish American design.

Four decks offer expansive outdoor spaces and 1,848GT of interior volume onboard Boardwalk, with her living spaces designed to be comfortable yet stylish and sophisticated. Tactile textures and neutral tones with subtle hints of colour characterise the spaces, while impressive ceiling heights and multiple lighting options contribute to the feeling of spaciousness onboard.

Her design is one thing; however, her long list of onboard amenities suited to "multi-generational enjoyment" is another. Her main saloon welcomes guests with twin lounges, a sit-up bar with television screen and shimmering fabrics and materials, including backlit opal white marble. Six bars total are dotted throughout Boardwalk, and a handy lift facilitates quick and hassle-free movement between decks.

Accommodation on board is plentiful, as expected, with seven spacious cabins welcoming 14 guests. The main deck owner’s apartment features a lounge area and fixed balconies on each side, with large his and hers en suites and dressing rooms. Two cabins – one VIP and one convertible – are situated on the bridge deck, while the four remaining guest suites are located on the lower deck.

Outside, the sundeck is a spectacle. A six-metre mosaic-tiled pool and adjoining hot tub steal the show, overlooking the foredeck and flanked by sun loungers, with a bar located amidships. Nearby, the elevated observation deck offers panoramic views.

The lower deck is a wellness and adventure haven; a "beach and fitness club" opens on three sides and is complete with fitness equipment, a treatment room, sauna, dive locker and several watersports options. And for those wishing to enjoy an afternoon tipple close to the water, there is also a marble bar with a central television.

Her innovative layout even includes a large forward tender garage on the main deck, capable of housing two tenders, and a certified helipad on the sundeck offers easy transfers from shore. Her brokers added that an EC130 helicopter is also available for purchase under a separate agreement.

"Boardwalk is the result of a winning combination of exterior design by De Voogt, striking interiors by Amy Halffman Designs and Dutch craftsmanship," co-founder and chairman of Y.CO, Gary Wright, commented. "Having only been used privately since her launch in 2021 and benefitting from exceptional maintenance, Boardwalk is ready to go. She is a must-see at the Monaco Yacht Show this year."

It comes as no surprise that Boardwalk was BOAT International's most read yacht report of the year in 2023 and makes a frequent appearance in the online best of the best design round-ups.

The yacht for sale can reach top speeds of 18.4 knots with a comfortable cruising speed of 15 knots. Her De Voogt hull has been optimised for both performance and cruising, and she has proven transoceanic capability. Key specs include a 12.3-metre beam and a 3.8-metre draft.

Boardwalk is asking €165,000,000 and will be on display at the Monaco Yacht Show.
