The 37.4-metre Moonen motor yacht Brigadoon has been sold after just 42 days on the market with Kirk Smith of Icon Yachting representing the seller, and Vassilis Fotilas of Fraser representing the buyer.
Delivered by the Dutch yard in 2018 as part of the Martinique line, she was the yard's first superyacht to feature a hull constructed entirely from high-tensile steel. Her innovative naval architecture was developed by Diana Yacht Design, while her design comes from Rene Van Der Velden.
With a gross tonnage of 334GT and a wide beam of 8-metres, Brigadoon benefits from voluminous interior spaces on board. Warm woods and an earthy colour palette bring cohesion to the communal and private living spaces, which were penned in collaboration by Studio Indigo and Nauta Design.
Both the main and bridge deck saloons are spacious and bright thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, and offer seamless indoor-outdoor living. A formal dining area features in the main saloon with seating for eight guests.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five cabins. The full-beam master suite is located forward of the main deck and features a dressing room and en suite bathroom. The queen-size bed is flanked by plush sofas on either side for seating under the large windows.
Further accommodation comprises of two double cabins amidships and two twins, with an additional guest lobby forward. All cabins are equipped with en suite facilities.
The main deck aft offers shaded al fresco dining around an upholstered bench-style sofa, while the upper deck features a large dining table entirely in the sun, with additional loungers.
Up a level, the flybridge is the ideal sunbathing location with loungers overlooking the stern and a bar and dining area situated under the hard top. Guests may enjoy forward views along sunpads ahead of the wheelhouse, accessible from the foredeck.
Power comes from twin Caterpillar engines, propelling Brigadoon to a stop speed of 16.5 knots. Cruising comfortably at 14.5 knots, she has a range of 3,900 nautical miles.
Brigadoon was last asking €16,850,000.
