The 25 metre sailing yacht Pandemonium, listed for sale by Alex G. Clarke at Denison Yachting, has been sold in an in-house deal.

Built in GRP by British yard Oyster to a design by Rob Humphreys Yacht Design, Pandemonium was delivered in 2005 as an Oyster 82’ model with a full refit in 2015. A classically styled interior with dark mahogany joinery set off against cream bulkheads welcomes up to ten guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, double and two twins. All cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite shower facilities while there are also crew quarters for three staff,

She successfully circumnavigated the world in 2013/14 and, upon returning to the Oyster facility in the UK, underwent a comprehensive $800,000 refit including new electronics and new decks and a full service of all major machinery.

A split level saloon and dining area offers formal dining in a raised position, allowing guest to enjoy the views or, alternatively, this is a wonderful area to simply relax. The lower saloon is open plan with the galley, featuring a leather sofa and entertainment centre including a 32-inch Samsung television screen.

Exterior living is comfortable and spacious. Guests may dine al fresco in the guest cockpit under the shade of a Bimini top while further aft there is ample deck area leading to the built-in swim platform. For the sun-lovers, a foredeck sun pad awaits. Under power, a 330hp Caterpillar diesel engine allows a range of 1,000 nautical miles at a comfortable 9.5 knots.
