Perini Navi sailing yacht Clan VIII sold

The 45.3 metre Perini Navi sailing yacht Clan VIII, listed for sale by Bruce Brakenhoff at Edmiston & Company, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Jukka Kaukonen of KK Superyachts.

Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Perini Navi with naval architecture by Ron Holland, she is ABS classed and MCA compliant with delivery in 2011 to her current owner. She can accommodate seven guests in four cabins, including a full-beam owner’s cabin aft, with a queen-size bed, walk-in closets, a desk and a large en suite. There are also two convertible twins, a gym that can convert to a fourth small double as needed and all cabins have en suite shower facilities.

She also offers ample space for socialising, both inside and out. Her generous saloon includes U-shaped sofas, formal dining, an office area and a chic corner bar. This space connects via sliding doors to the large al fresco dining and lounge area in the aft cockpit.

With an 820 kW Caterpillar C32 engine, she has a top speed of 13.5 knots and cruises at 10 knots.
