Atmosphere
Robert Shepherd at Edmiston in New York tells me that his new central listing for sale, the 45.4m motor yacht Atmosphere, has been so successful on the charter circuit that her owner is now looking to build an even larger version of about 85 metres with two or three heli-decks.
Atmosphere was built by Chile's Asenav yard in 2006 and her interior by Enrique Concha sleeps 28 guests in 14 suites, all with panoramic window views. There is also a spa, treatment room, sauna and everything else guests would expect from a top-flight superyacht. Atmosphere is asking €25 million.
