11 February 2026 • Written by Gemma Harris

Today's social-driven era means every yacht has the chance to influence and become an Instagram star. And it’s more than just about size and volume to get the likes and shares: these superyachts - from futuristic to classic - are turning heads on social feeds for many reasons.

Some for unconventional, bold colours and striking designs, others for their high-profile owners, unique features, inventive toy setups, or the intriguing story behind their aesthetics. BOAT picks some of the best scroll-stopping superyachts that create visual stories and dominate the grid…

Black Pearl

Instantly recognisable, the 106.7-metre Oceanco sailing yacht Black Pearl stands out for her world’s largest Dynarig system, crowned by three 70.6-metre carbon masts dominating her profile. Her all-black livery heightens the drama, and shot under sail and at anchor will stop the scroll.

Delivered in 2018, the sailing yacht remained an enigma until she entered the charter market in 2024 with fresh interior reveals of her neoclassical details, guest experiences and crew-led content that has fuelled a buzz across social platforms. Technically ambitious, with groundbreaking credentials and visually unmistakable, @syblackpearlofficial is one to follow.

The highlights are her sculptural statements, from the visor-like observation bow to the unique glass-domed office amidships. Adding to her lifestyle features are the Jacuzzi and pool on the upper deck. While her exterior has been snapped already, eyes are peeled for when she splashes the big seas, and as more is revealed, it's expected she will be one not to scroll past.

Seawolf X

Since her delivery in 2024, the 42.8-metre Seawolf X has been a rising Instagram star. The Rossinavi multi-hulled yacht drew attention for its eco-conscious credentials, pairing hybrid-electric propulsion with solar panels and battery storage, said to reduce fuel consumption by up to 75 per cent.

Her low, stealthy and sharp profile, with supercar-inspired styling and a bowspirt likened to a Formula One front wing from Fulvio De Simoni, also turns heads. While inside, Meyer Davis made a superyacht debut, channelling a relaxed, beachy aesthetic inspired by 1 Hotel South Beach, Miami. Having joined the charter fleet soon after delivery, she is now available for sale. For interested parties, guest-led content and glowing testimonials can be found on her platform @myseawolfx.

Entering the charter scene in 2025, she offers guests an array of features for Instagrammable moments, from the alfresco cinema and infinity pool to a massage treatment room, cocoon-style teak transom seating and a touch-and-go helipad doubling as a dancefloor. Ulysses

Sometimes it's not just the clean and sleek designs, but also the stories behind them. The 102.5-metre Feadship Ulysses was commissioned by experienced owner New Zealand billionaire Graeme Hart, who took a hands-on role throughout the build. Taking inspiration from his previous 116-metre Ulysses, now Andromeda, this brief challenged designers to deliver comparable space and amenities in half the volume.

Her expandable helipad with hanger, expansive swimming pool, four exterior Jacuzzis and a two-tier engine room, which was “obligatory,” are standout results of the brief. Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design's minimalist exterior incorporates 1,100 square metres of glass, which consistently stops spotters and content creators in their tracks. Since delivery in 2024, she has regularly made the feeds and is sometimes complemented by the 81-metre support yacht U-81.
