Winwin claims hat-trick at the Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille

29 June 2026 • Written by Lucy Dunn

Baltic Yachts superyacht Winwin has added another chapter to her remarkable Superyacht Cup Palma legacy by securing an unprecedented third overall victory at The Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille.

Already a champion in 2016 and 2019, the distinctive 33-metre racing yacht has become only the second yacht in the event's history to win the prestigious trophy three times. She joins the 24-metre Wally sailing yacht Rose , which completed a hat-trick of consecutive victories last year.

Winwin sealed the 2026 title in style on the final St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Race Day, taking victory in all three races to top Class A to lift The Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille Trophy. The decisive final race was won by just 54 seconds, capping a flawless regatta performance.

For owner Kim Schindelhauer, however, this latest success marks an even greater milestone. Having also won the regatta with Scorpione dei Mari  (now La Joie De Mer) in 2010, the 2026 triumph represents his fourth overall Superyacht Cup Palma victory – an achievement unmatched in the history of Europe's longest-running superyacht regatta.

In the overall standings, Winwin finished ahead of Class B winner Archelon, with Atalante 1, Cervo and Spiip completing the top five. The latter four boats all finished level on points, with the final order determined on countback.

This year saw one of the biggest-ever line-ups of 20 superyachts, thanks in part to several newly introduced classes.  The new YYachts Class saw the 23.8-metre Beati dominate the fleet with three race wins, while in the inaugural Multihull Class, Highland Fling XVIII also claimed three bullets to take the title. The J Class also delivered close competition over three days, with Svea winning three races to secure the overall title, finishing two points ahead of Rainbow.

Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille's Event Director Kate Branagh reflected on the regatta's success: "We have so many new boats this year, and that brings a new energy as well and keeps the event evolving. This year is very special as it is our 30th anniversary with a new partnership with Richard Mille, so we wanted to do something different and I think we have achieved that."

The Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille returns next year, from 23–26 June 2027.
