Lürssen launches 116m superyacht Boardwalk

5 December 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

Lürssen has launched the 116-metre superyacht now known as Boardwalk, previously Project 13797, from its facilities in Lemwerder, Germany.

Commissioned in 2022 by an American owner, very little is known about the new build, with details kept tightly under wraps, though her name suggests she is the successor to the 76.5-metre Feadship yacht Boardwalk, which entered the market in September

Images now reveal the yacht's striking white profile, with her six decks host to two helipads, a sizeable beach club and a large pool and adjoining spa pool on the aft deck.

Details on the new build remain sparse, yet she is believed to have a mammoth gross tonnage of 5,350GT and a steel and aluminium construction.

When delivered, she will become the 20th largest yacht by length from the German shipyard, surpassing the famed Ahpo by only 0.9 metres.

According to BOATPro, delivery is scheduled for early 2026.
