What is it?
The Explorer Yachts Summit, in association with Damen Yachting and in collaboration with ExplorerYachts.com, is the only international summit dedicated solely to the expanding explorer yachting sector and is taking place on November 10, at the Yacht Club de Monaco. The conference will run from 9am and conclude with networking drinks from 5-6pm. Session timings will be revealed shortly, but you can find an overview of our exciting line-up below.

Explorer 2050: anticipating customer demand: With an explosion of “go anywhere” vessels on the market explorer yacht design is evolving at pace. Top designers share their thoughts on what adventure vessels of the future might look like and what features and characteristics owners will demand.

Captain Stephen Edwards talks to Sophia Wilson about his insights from their adventures so far and how to successfully combine adventure and philanthropy.
Protecting the pristine: low impact exploration: With a growing emphasis on cruising without a trace we delve into the how regulation changes are ensuring that yacht design and use are becoming increasingly sustainable. A representative from RINA talks with industry experts about the practicalities of exploring some of the world’s most fragile environments.
Destination focus: the allure of island adventure: Superyacht expeditions to the polar regions might grab the headlines but the world’s island nations can offer equal opportunities for adventure. Three experts share their first had experience and insight on three destinations – Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, and Svalbard – and explain why they should be on every superyacht owner’s wish list.
