The 38.7 metre tri-deck motor yacht Bella Una, listed for sale by Mark Elliott at IYC has been sold with the buyer introduced by Jeff Stanley at Gilman Yachts.
Built in aluminium by US yard Burger to a design by Don O’Keeffe, Bella Una was delivered in 2003 and most recently refitted in 2017. A classic interior in raised and fielded African makore wood accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, double cabin and two twins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are crew quarters for a staff of up to eight people.
The main saloon is a large, inviting space that features makore wood with raised panels, contrasting with ceiling panels featuring a decorative wood trim. Forward is a formal dining table for 10 guests as well as plentiful seating and a full entertainment system. Wine enthusiasts will delight in the 200‐bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, perfect for storing an enthusiast’s collection of fine wines.
The aft deck has covered seating for al fresco dining for up to 10 guests and is equipped with a sound system with access to the extensive music library and satellite radio on board. The sundeck is a particular highlight, with several seating options, a bar, a spa hot tub and a weatherproof sound system. Of special note is that she is equipped for wheelchair access. A discreetly positioned and nicely appointed elevator connects the main deck with the sky lounge and upper deck and all gangways are extra wide. Twin Caterpillar 35088-Dita diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12 knots topping out at 15 knots and she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
Bella Una was asking $9,900,000.
