The 31.1-metre Nautor Swan sailing yacht Alix II has received an €800,000 price reduction to her listing with Thea Shaw of Nautor Swan Brokerage.
Alix II was penned by yacht design veteran German Frers, constructed in carbon fibre and delivered in 2021 as the third unit from the Swan 98 model. Her interior was created by Misa Poggi, who utilised a palette of warm neutral tones and pale beech woods to create a welcoming beach-house aesthetic on board.
According to her broker, over 20 pages of additional upgrades were added to Alix II's build, and she has been thoroughly maintained by her professional crew since delivery.
Accommodation is for up to six guests in a three-cabin arrangement. A full-beam master suite lies to aft, complete with a sofa area on one side and a desk-cum-vanity space on the other, in addition to a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite with a shower.
Two twin cabins lie forward of the master, both en suite, before arriving at the bright main saloon with a dining area and a U-shaped sofa. Multiple hatches and narrow skylight windows above (which were added by the owner to optimise interior lighting), and warm ambient lighting create a living area that feels contemporary yet relaxed and comfortable.
On deck, large U-shaped sofas facing inwards are complemented by high tables, allowing the space to be used for either casual dining or relaxed lounging. A retractable awning adds shade or protection from the elements if required. Meanwhile, the foredeck offers an expansive space for sunbathing or taking in the vistas during cruising.
Alix II is commercially coded and fitted with a telescopic keel for access to most ports. The yacht for sale is also host to upgraded navigation systems, an upgraded mast and rig and a diving compressor. Key specs include a 7-metre beam and a draught of 3.2 to 4.9 metres.
Alix II is now asking €11,600,000, currently lying in Genoa, Italy.
