Benetti announces full-custom 85m Espen Øino-designed project
Italian shipyard Benetti revealed a new 85-metre superyacht design named Project Life. Conceived with al fresco living at its core, the concept lives up to its name by satisfying the way that clients really live on board. Project Life would feature a Francois Zuretti interior and Espen Øino exterior, marking the first collaboration between the shipyard and the Norwegian designer.

Italian shipyard Maori Yacht provided a first look at its flagship 125 model, the 38.2-metre motor yacht K+. Designed by Marco Ciampa, it eclipses the current Maori 80 flagship by more than 12 metres in length. Stand-out features include an 80-square-metre beach club and a dedicated wine cellar.

Following a comprehensive 300-day refit at Blohm + Voss, the 97.2-metre Lürssen superyacht Carinthia VII debuted her new look at the Monaco Yacht Show. Key alterations include the addition of an 11-metre pool on the aft deck and a brand new 85-square-metre gym on the bridge deck, as well as massive modifications to convert her into a commercially-certified vessel.

Italian shipyard Tankoa Yachts announced the sale of a new 56-metre custom superyacht model, known as the T560 Apache. Sold by Fraser and commissioned by a young American couple, the model is a smaller iteration of the T760 Apache designed by Alberto Mancini and cultivates a "beach-style, home-away-from-home" aesthetic.

Benetti also announced the addition of two new models to its fleet (the Motopanfilo 45M and the B.Yond 55M) alongside a new deck design that follows in the footsteps of the successful Oasis deck. From the drawing boards of RWD, the Veranda Deck aims to reimagine the main saloon by completely eliminating the barrier between interior and exterior and has been designed for a "new generation of owners [who] love contact with the outdoors".

Dutch shipyard Heesen presented a new 49.9-metre concept called Project Grace. Interior and exterior design of the new model is by Harrison Eidsgaard and the studio's partner, Peder Eidsgaard, who presented the concept by live-sketching the yacht's profile during an exclusive event.

The second hull in Sanlorenzo's 57Steel series made her international debut in Port Hercule, marking the first time the new line has been revealed to the world. Designed by Zuccon International Project, the 56.5-metre model features a 1,000GT+ interior spread across five decks, which is twice the volume of its predecessor, the 52Steel. Virtuosity was sold in May 2021 by Fraser and has now joined sistership Alma on the water.
Sunseeker unveils new 37m model
British yachtbuilder Sunseeker revealed a new 36.6-metre addition to its superyacht line: the Sunseeker 120. The yacht will bear many of the same hallmarks as its popular little sister, the Sunseeker 100, with key features including a large foredeck with a Jacuzzi and an enlarged cockpit with a bar.

Italian yachting giant The Italian Sea Group (TISG) revealed four new projects under its Tecnomar and Admiral brands. The largest and "most visionary" project is an 80-metre concept called Sea Flower, which sees Luca Dini and Studio Fuksas join forces to create the yacht's modern-looking profile.

Custom Line, a brand of Ferretti Group, revealed a new 38-metre addition to the fleet, replacing the outgoing Navetta 37. The model also reunites Filippo Salvetti and Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the design team behind the Custom Line 50 and Custom Line Navetta 30 models. Construction is already underway on the first hull with the second hull already sold.
Kurt Merki Jr. unveils 85m Symbiosis
Guided by the principle that yachts are "artificial islands" that, therefore, must be infused with nature, Swiss studio KMJ unveiled its new concept Symbiosis. Green highlights include a 140-square-metre garden with a dedicated irrigation system, a 100-metre hedgerow and a "tree of life" that sits at the heart of the dining and lounge area. The type of tree planted can be personalised per the owner's preference.
Second Riva 54 Metri flagship sold
Riva, a brand of the Ferretti Group, announced one of its largest orders to date with the sale of the second Riva 54 Metri. The 54-metre model is the result of collaboration between Officina Italiana Design and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. While the flagship's profile shares the same design DNA with other members of the Riva fleet, it marks an evolution with softer lines and over 370 square metres of outdoor space.
