$1.5M Price Drop on Oceanfast Motor Yacht Mizu

The 53 metre motor yacht Mizu, listed for sale by Will Noftsinger at Denison Yachting, has experienced a price reduction of $1,500,000.
Designed by Sam Sorgiovanni, Mizu was built in aluminium by Australian yard Oceanfast to Germanischer Lloyds class and delivered in 2004 with a major refit in 2016. The refit saw her receive an extensive machinery overhaul, new teak decks and a full interior redesign. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins including a master suite on the bridge deck with a media room and private dining area. A VIP suite, double and two twins complete the guest accommodation, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. A further five cabins sleep up to 10 crewmembers aboard this yacht for sale.
The saloon is cosy and evokes a sense of relaxation, featuring multiple armchairs and sofas, as well as two coffee tables and an entertainment centre including a large Samsung television screen and a stereo surround sound system.
Outside areas are as generous as one would expect from a yacht of this calibre and feature a basketball court, while the sun deck offers a 16-person Jacuzzi spa tub, a bar and an assortment of sun loungers.
Her top speed is 27 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots with power coming from two 3,700hp MTU 16V4000M90 diesel engines.
Mizu is now asking $13,400,000 and is lying in Miami, Florida.
