Baglietto motor yacht Mi Vida sold

Baglietto motor yacht Mi Vida sold

The 42.75 metre motor yacht Mi Vida, listed for sale by Fernando Nicholson at Camper & Nicholsons, has been sold with Pedro Millet at Viudes introducing the buyer.

Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Baglietto to a design by Francesco Paszkowski, Mi Vida is ABS classed and MCA compliant, with delivery in 2009. An opulent interior by Art-Line mixes Zebrano wood, brown marble and solid gold accents to marvelous effect and can accommodate up to ten guests in five cabins. These consist of a full-beam master suite on the main deck, two VIP doubles and two twins, each with a Pullman berth, and all cabins have en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for up to eight crewmembers.

The saloon has a lounge area with ample seating, large windows and an entertainment centre, while forward is a formal dining room. A special feature is the grand staircase that descends through all three decks.

The large aft deck has built-in upholstered settees and a table for al fresco entertaining and dining, and stairs down to a wide swim platform, while up in the skylounge is a bar and comfortable seating around a large television screen. The sundeck has a huge mosaic-tiled infinity pool, a bar, barbecue, seating and a dining table.

Twin 2,400hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles, and she is fitted with Naiad zero-speed stabilisers.

Mi Vida was asking $12,500,000.
