The 61-metre Royal Hakvoort motor yacht Just J's has been listed for sale with Manuele Thiella of Royal Yacht International. She joins the market for the first time since her launch in 2016, having had only one private owner.
Just J's was designed throughout by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, with naval architecture developed by Diana Yacht Design. She is one of the largest Royal Hakvoort superyachts built to date, with an expansive volume of 1,150GT spread across five decks.
Meticulously maintained, Just J's is set to complete her 10-year survey in November, currently located in Genova, Italy at the Amico shipyard. She was last sold as a new build project in 2015.
Accommodation on board is for up to 16 guests in an eight-cabin layout, comprising one master suite on its own private owners deck, five suites on the main deck (one of which is VIP) and two cabins on the lower deck. The owner's suite is impressively semi-circular and boarded on three sides by windows offering panoramic 180 degree views.
Doors open out to a private terrace forward with a jacuzzi, although views can equally be enjoyed from the bed itself, which is illuminated by a skylight directly above. There are two individual dressing rooms, which in turn lead to separate bathrooms, while aft of the master, there is a private lounge "with a gentlemen’s club ambiance" and a large al fresco dining area for up to 14 guests.
The main deck suites are predominantly decorated in a neutral colour palette, with each one individually themed with an unusual collection of orange, purple, light blue, navy blue and beige colours. The rooms feature "characteristic" onyx black LED lighting while all also benefitting from marble-clad en suites. Below, two guest cabins – one smaller twin room with a guest space and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed – offer versatile accommodation for nannies or staff.
According to the broker, the design of Just J's incorporates many of the owners’ own ideas, with the yacht host to a blend of contemporary and classical features and intended to be "naturally and dynamically open to the surroundings" with endless panoramic views.
The main deck is host to a formal main saloon, dining room and lobby, decorated in an accompaniment of deep blue, silver and off-white tones. Meanwhile, guests can find a more relaxed experience on the bridge deck; with a lounge and 96-inch screen large enough for a small cinema, this entire "relaxation zone is a sparkling place particularly dear to the owners’ hearts", the brokers noted. The yacht also features a central lift and staircase connecting all decks.
Outside, the motor yacht is just as voluminous. The large sundeck is host to a "stress-free" lounge with plenty of seating and a bar, adjacent to a whirlpool bath and swimming pool which is decorated in custom-made tiling designed by her owners.
Closer to the water, a full-beam garage is equipped with one 7.8-metre tender and four Seadoo jet-skis for easy ocean enjoyment. Fold down balconies reveal a gym and a full water toy store.
According to BOATPro, the motor yacht for sale is powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, propelling her to a top speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. She offers a range of 4,000 nautical miles and has a beam of 11 metres.
Just J's asking price is POA.
