Brokerage round-up: December 17-21, 2018

SALES

Twelve yacht sales were announced during a busy week for the brokerage market. The total asking price was in excess of £136 million ($182 million). The most expensive yacht sold was the 66 metre Feadship yacht Vanish, which was sold for more than £76 million by Burgess.

PRICE REDUCTIONS

There was only price drop announced on yachts for sale this week for a total reduction of £899,000 ($1.1 million). This was on the 34 metre Custom Line yacht Happy Days.

NEW LISTINGS

Ten new yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £80 million ($107 million). The most expensive new listing was the 52.4 metre yacht Amore Mio II__, which is listed for sale with Merle Wood & Associates for €25,700,000.
