With summer just around the corner, and a host of keen sellers willing to consider offers, we present six yachts, both power and sail, looking for new owners.
The 66.7m luxury motor yacht Triple Seven was built in 2006 by German shipyard Nobiskrug and features an abundance of outdoor spaces and a minimalistic interior. With a steel hull and GRP superstructure, her interior and exterior design are by Newcruise. This impressive vessel can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Triple Seven is the first collaboration between her commissioning company Kristal Waters, Nobiskrug and her design team who have gone on to build her larger sister ship Siren. Her unusual name originates from her shipyard build number 777, a lucky combination in her native Germany foretelling great success and satisfaction.
With a bulbous bow and narrow entry, Triple Seven manages to achieve both efficiency and attractive aesthetics. This tri-deck luxury superyacht was built to a brief specifying lengthy, elegant lines and interior spaces that flow seamlessly from generous outside areas.
Triple Seven is listed for sale by Edmiston and Jim Evans of SuperYachtsMonaco who says simply, Her recent 5 million price reduction emphasises just how seriously Triple Seven is for sale and her berth (in Imperia, Italy) is included in the new asking price of 49.75 million.
Auspicious | 2010 | 46.2m | 14,900,000
The 46.2m motor yacht Auspicious was delivered by Leopard Yachts in 2010 and she is second in the acclaimed Leopard 46 series.
Progressive design offers stunning exterior lines and a sleek, contemporary interior that comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests in five cabins. Thanks to triple 2,400hp MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines Auspicious can reach an impressive top speed of 34 knots.
Auspicious is for sale with Vesa Kaukonen at K&K Superyachts who says, The owner really wants to exit and has given me instructions to sell her as soon as possible. He has made many upgrades to the yacht such as new top deck layout with bar and day beds, as well as sun awnings for both top deck and aft deck. Also, a new VSAT broadband internet system along with a new AV system have been fitted. The owners plans have just recently changed and he wants to sell to downgrade to a smaller yacht that will suit his needs better. So, a part exchange for something like a Riva 86' or 92' is certainly of interest.
Cyclos III | 1990 | 42.35m | 3,500,000
Built in 1990 by Royal Huisman, the 42.4m sailing yacht Cyclos III truly broke the mould of yacht building at the time.
Ron Holland, the exterior stylist, took up the challenge from the owner an experienced yachtsman to produce a yacht that was not only comfortable but sailed well. I want a yacht that has spectacular sailing performance. Downwind sailing is boring any yacht can do it. Sailing upwind is where the excitement truly lies, the owner said. Below deck, he wanted a chic contemporary interior that had a minimalist feel to it without the use of wood that was so common on yachts at that time.
Her central agent for sale at Yachting Partners International is William Bishop who comments _Cyclos III_ was undoubtedly the ground breaking yacht of her generation, and a ketch that truly set the benchmark in terms of performance and technology.
Delivered by Royal Huisman to a Ron Holland Design with an interior by Andrew Winch, the owner assembled an exceptional team to ensure that his demanding criteria were met. His passion for detail and the designers vision guaranteed that she remains as current as the day she was launched.
Cyclos III is currently located at the Royal Huisman shipyard, where she is ready for a comprehensive refit and she represents a rare opportunity to secure a yacht of outstanding pedigree.
Mirabella III | 1994 | 41.6m | 5,500,000
The 41.6m sailing yacht Mirabella III is a member of the Mirabella fleet of yachts built expressly for charter. She was designed by Bruce Farr and built in Thailand by Concorde Yachts in 1994. Interestingly, she was launched using the assistance of elephants to transport her from the building shed to the water.
Mirabella III accommodates up to 10 guests in five newly refurbished and spacious cabins including a master suite and VIP cabin (each with a double bed), two convertible cabins (with either king or twin bed configurations) and one twin cabin located in the bow. An additional Pullman berth is also available.
William Bishop, her listing broker at Yachting Partners International says, Having completed an extensive refit in Palma, Mirabella III is ready for the coming summer season.
With a completely overhauled interior and remodelling of her exterior profile, Mirabella III is a striking example of what can be achieved by an owner of vision who is prepared to undertake a major project.
Her reputation as a charter yacht remains unparalleled due to her unique five cabin configuration, ensuring that any future owner can benefit from substantial charter revenue if so desired.
Now asking 5.5 million following a recent price reduction of 2 million Mirabella III is a compelling proposition.
Sea D | 2003 | 39.4m | $10,500,000

Accommodation is for 10 guests in a master suite, VIP, two double and two twin cabins.
Marco Vandoni at Ocean Independence has Sea D for sale and says, After her huge refit and a price reduction, the owner is very keen to sell this yacht.
Anna J | 2000 | 36.58m | 3,950,000
Delivered in 2000 by Palmer Johnson, the 36.58m motor yacht Anna J has twin 2,750hp MTU engines which enable her to reach a speed of 30 knots. During 2010 and 2011 a complete interior rebuild was undertaken along with a comprehensive mechanical overhaul meaning that Anna J is now virtually a new yacht.
She sleeps nine guests in four elegant and comfortable cabins and her refit included adding zero-speed stabilisers for complete guest comfort.
Her broker, Kevin Bonnie at International Yacht Collection, comments, _Anna J_ is very seriously for sale. Her replacement cost would be around $16 million from Palmer Johnson and theres the added inducement that she comes with eight weeks of charter booked.
