Reliance

Stats: Heesen Yachts, 55m, 2023, 12 guests, 13 crew

Highlights: Following her debut at the Antigua Charter Show, the 55-metre Heesen yacht, Reliance is available for charter for the first time. Delivered in September 2023, Reliance is the third hull in Heesen’s 55-metre steel superyacht class, but she is the first Heesen yacht designed by Luca Dini.  The brief here was luxurious but not flashy, so elegance with contemporary flair was key to the interiors. With this, wood, leather, marble and above all glass and mirrors in various forms can be found throughout the yacht. Light Tay wood has also been used to create tones of toasted almond, in full gloss. Some of the wooden panels are also enriched by patterns that make the surfaces more vibrant.

Accomodation on board is for 12 guests across six well-appointed cabins including an 82-square-metre owners' apartment on the main deck forward and the VIP on the bridge deck. For her inaugural charter season, she has made her way to the Caribbean before the 55-metre returns to the Mediterranean for the summer.

Reliance is available for charter with West Nautical with a weekly rate from $350,000.

This is It

Stats: Tecnomar - Italian Sea Group, 43.5m, 2024, 12 guests, 13 crew

Highlights: This year, the world's largest motor catamaran available to charter This is It will join the fleet. Designed in-house by Tecnomar, the catamaran is characterised by radical, asymmetric lines and 600 square metres of glass panelling. The mesmerising naval architecture for this feat is owed to Lateral Naval Architects, who are often deployed to take on radical design projects such as this.

Much like her striking exterior, the interiors of This is It, created by Mattia Piro and Gian Marco Campanino of The Italian Sea Group, are intrinsically futuristic and adorned with shades of champagne and platinum grey. In the main saloon you’ll spot plenty of suede, lacquered surfaces as well as more curvaceous furniture. The main saloon is also connected to an exterior lounge complete with a bar, game area, swimming pool and formal dining space. Meanwhile, the upper deck hosts a spa, fitted with a dedicated treatment area, sauna and sensorial shower.

This is it will be available to charter with IYC with a weekly rate from €450,000.
