$1M price cut on Broward motor yacht Picasso
by Malcolm MacLean
Picasso was built by Broward Marine and delivered in 1989 with a thorough refit in 2010. An all-aluminium superyacht, she accommodates seven guests in a master, double and two twin cabins and cruises at 15 knots.
Her refit sees her equipped with a commercial grade galley with onyx counter tops, new interior décor, flush mounted navigation equipment in the wheelhouse with multiple monitors, an immaculate engine room, a late model RIB tender and a jet ski.
The flybridge has a spacious U-Shaped settee and a helm bench seat forward. Aft of the bench seat is a wet bar with refrigerator, ice maker and Jennaire grill. There is also a custom folding radar arch and ladder leading down to the aft deck.
The aft deck features a further al fresco dining area with table, chairs, L-Shaped seating and a small freezer. There are wide steps leading to the swim platform which has bench seats with storage underneath.
Picasso is now asking $1,950,000
